    KITCHEN
     




    NOT INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE, WE DO NOT:

    • Lift anything over 25 lbs.
     
    • Clean any pet litter
     
    • Pick up pet disposal or stool
     
    • Tolerate exchanging contact numbers from any of our team members. Otherwise, writing a note and place it in the areas where we can easily notice is allowed to give specific cleaning tasks to the cleaners.
     
    • Book appointments for deep cleaning, move in/move out clean, carpet cleaning after 3pm on a Winter season, otherwise long daytime season is available until 9pm.

    • Allow hiring any of our team or any team member that was hired from Canafil Services Ltd. to be your direct personal cleaner or any related work situation. Failing to do so will be penalized.

    • If you are unsatisfy to our service for any other reason. We DON'T HAVE A REFUND. However, we will REDO our work consequently under 8 hrs of the service.






    RESIDENTIAL CLEANING POLICY: PLEASE READ

    • For us to give you an efficient service, we encourage the house is empty during your cleaning schedule day, please make sure that the place should be FREE of kids running around the  house, pet should in the kennel, people with disability or seniors may stay in a separate room if applicable.
     
    • Client shall give an instruction how to get in the property, for instance: we get a spare key, a separate code or any specific instruction.  In the event that we were locked out and could not get a hold of the person assigned in 15 mins, Cleaners will have to leave and proceed to  the next client’s house and You will be charge in full payment during that day.
     
    • That you keep in a safe place of any special or personal valuable things in your house prior the cleaning schedule day. In the event that one  of our team members have accidentally thrown any of those mentioned, we should NOT be blamed by this.
     
    • We do charge Fix price, depending on the sizes of the house, clutter situation and how challenging the cleaning tasks is.
     
    • If the client is paying:
         Cash or Cheque, we strongly recommend that the money or cheque should be inside the envelope, Sealed and with   “Canafil Services”   
           labeled on the outside.    
         For E-transfer, Please send it to paymentcenter@canafil.com.
          For Credit card, We will need the information prior your cleaning day.

    • If the client decided to terminate your service from us. Please give us two weeks or more noticed to process your request.

    • Please give us flexible time as possible on your cleaning day.

    • For cancelling your cleaning schedule, Please give us minimum of 3 days and maximum of 2 weeks ahead of time  for any reason so that we can  fill in other clients.

    • For Weekly, bi weekly or more frequent cleaning, You will have your permanent cleaner/s most of the time. However, if things changes such as the cleaners got sick, have a very important appointment, quit the job, etc. You will be getting a new one/s without prior notice.

    • We will be sending you one or more cleaners to clean your house depending on the size of the house and how chanllenging the property is.





    HOW IT WORKS:

    1. After receiving your inquiry thru email, call or text, You will be ask to have your house assessed.
    2. Depending on both parties availability, you will meet one of our Assessor and get a chance to meet you in person and vice versa.
    3. After sucessfully checking your house and meeting in person, you will be getting your final quote.
    4. If everything is ok with you including availability, our rates and etc., We will process and setup the payment option and invoices.
    5. You will then be scheduled on your first day of your cleaning depending on our availability and routing system.
    6. There will be a time, Canafil Services will ask you to write a feedback to our website randomly. It is to help other people how we do our business. Any feedback or comment will be appreciated.
